The hotel was in a convenient and particularly good location short walk to Railway Station. It also was in the middle of jackson.

the staff was friendly and welcoming, making my stay even better. the location was convenient and easy to find, which was a bonus. the rooftop restaurant was excellent offering great food and a lovely view.

The basic services were not up to the mark, such as cleaning the room and bathroom properly, sanitizing it, and ensuring that the bathroom was germ-free. the staff did provide the necessary toiletries, but it would have been nice if they had been provided without asking for them.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, but not ideal for city explorers due to its distance from the city centre. Staff behaviour was satisfactory and they were helpful in changing my room when necessary. the rooftop restaurant seemed to be a highlight of the hotel, serving excellent cuisine and offering an enjoyable ambience. breakfast was unsatisfying, with limited options and average-quality coffee.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of cleanliness in some areas, particularly the bathroom and bedding in certain rooms.

The hotel's location was perfect for our weekend getaway, offering easy access to local attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant had excellent food. We also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The room was smaller than expected and not as clean as we would have liked.

The location was perfect, easy to find and convenient for exploring the city. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor issues, the staff was helpful and cooperative, especially when I asked to change rooms due to a dripping bathroom faucet. The Wi-Fi service was reliable, a plus. The breakfast, although not up to expectations, still offered a tasty aloo paratha and warm butter toast. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.
